River Pointe Golf Club is an 18-hole semi-private golf course located in Albany, Georgia, situated on the historic Flint River and Lake Chehaw. Designed by renowned architect Mike Young and built in 1995, the course has been recognized by Atlanta Golf Magazine as a top-tier layout and voted "Best of the Best" among Albany-area courses for four consecutive years.

The course presents a challenging design with water hazards on 14 of the 18 holes. The front nine follows a traditional layout, while the back nine is built around wetlands, emphasizing accuracy. The greens feature Tift Dwarf Bermuda grass with "419" Bermuda on the fairways. Signature hole #14 is a 610-yard par five with water down the left side and fronting the green, featuring a sloped putting surface that rewards accurate approach shots.

The setting offers abundant wildlife viewing opportunities, including deer, turkey, fox, geese, otters, alligators, and various bird species. Amenities include a practice range and putting green. The course remains open year-round, with the facility also serving as a community venue for weddings, tournaments, and banquet events.
