Address:
Powys
United Kingdom
Rhosgoch Golf and Leisure Club is located high above the Wye Valley in unspoilt countryside, surrounded by outstanding views of the Radnorshire Hills. The course overlooks Rhosgoch Bog, a site of special Scientific Interest and one of the few 'quacking bogs' remaining in Europe, supporting rare and endangered wildlife and flora. Curlews and Red Kites will often accompany you on your round.
The course is a 9 hole, par 68 (4352 yard), private, parkland golf course. The 5000 yards, par 68 course utilises the natural slopes providing a challenging game of golf, a good test for experienced golfers, yet suitable for all ages and all standards of play. The club was originally opened in 1984 as a proprietor owned club and became a community members club in 1998.
Rhosgoch Golf and Leisure Club is an ideal venue for casual visitors, society day outs and for anyone wishing to enjoy a game of golf in a friendly, relaxed environment. Junior golfers and families are particularly welcome at Rhosgoch, as well as beginners to the game, with no dress code required.
