Prairie West Golf Club is an 18-hole regulation course in Weatherford, Oklahoma, designed by Ward Maynard and opened in 1971. From the longest tees it presents 6,946 yards of golf for a par of 71. The course rating is 74.0 with a slope rating of 130. The front nine features large bent grass greens, while the back nine tightens up with tree-lined fairways and greenside bunkers. The course features Bermuda grass fairways and tees that are well-landscaped, and bentgrass greens. The course will challenge low handicap golfers from the tips, while three other tee options on each hole allow all levels of golfers an enjoyable test. The facility includes a practice green for putting and pitching, a driving range and chipping facilities.
