Celtic Minor Golf Club, formerly known as Palleg and Swansea Valley Golf Course, is an 18-hole parkland course with par 72 established in 1930 in the upper Swansea Valley in Powys, Wales. The course stretches approximately 5,902-6,200 yards and is set in 120 acres with spectacular views across the Swansea Valley and Black Mountains, situated at the foot of the Brecon Beacons National Park. The layout was initially constructed as a 9-hole course and expanded to 18 holes, with the newer back nine featuring a notable ravine hazard that players must cross multiple times.

The course presents intermediate difficulty, appealing to both beginners and experienced golfers. The signature hole is the short par-3 "Little Mario," which despite its modest length features a small green and water hazard in the form of a large pond that poses a significant challenge. Other notable holes include the 5th (a challenging par 4 with tight fairway), the 10th and 13th holes, and the 11th with its substantial lake and undulating green. The course is characterized by tree-lined fairways and undulating greens.

Located near Junction 45 of the M4 motorway and accessible via the A4067, the club is open to the public seven days a week and welcomes both individual and society golfers. The setting offers beautiful mountain scenery and is positioned near attractions such as Craig-y-Nos Castle and Dan-yr-Ogof Caves.
