The course can be played as 18 holes through alternating tee boxes. Located on Orcas Island, the course features the original 1890 red and white farmhouse as its clubhouse, along with historic fruit trees that have been supplemented with over 70 new varieties lining the fairways to preserve the property's agricultural heritage.

The layout presents an accessible challenge suitable for beginners while offering sufficient difficulty for experienced golfers. The course is well-maintained within its natural setting, emphasizing the integration of historic landscape elements with modern golf amenities.
