Northfield Golf Club

Northfield Golf Club is a well-maintained course established in 1901, located in Northfield, Massachusetts. The course features narrow, tree-lined fairways with excellent hole variety and small, fast greens that challenge golfers of all skill levels. The layout incorporates water hazards on two par-3 holes, with the signature hole #6 presenting a particularly demanding test at 175 yards from the blue tees, featuring water right and out of bounds left, flanked by two large sand bunkers.

The mature course design balances difficulty with accessibility, appealing to both experienced and beginning golfers. Amenities include gas and electric golf carts, pull carts, and club rentals. The air-conditioned clubhouse offers a pro shop stocked with golf balls, apparel, tees, gloves, and other equipment. The venue also operates The Beech House, an on-site event facility available for weddings, tournaments, and community gatherings. The club hosts regular league play and club championships throughout the season.
