The Noda City Public Golf Course Keyaki Course is an 18-hole, par 71 layout located in Noda, Chiba Prefecture, Japan. The course measures 5,447 yards from the regular tees and 5,165 yards from the ladies' and gold tees. It is situated approximately 50 minutes from central Tokyo, accessible via the Jลban Expressway at the Kashiwa Interchange (roughly 8 km away) or the Nagatoro Interchange (14.5 km away). The facility is also reachable by train, with taxi access available from nearby stations such as Kashiwanokaba and Noda on the Tobu Urban Park Line. The course layout features a mix of hole lengths, including two par-5s on the front nine (the 1st at 517 yards and the 7th at 435 yards) and two on the back nine (the 11th at 470 yards and the 16th at 424 yards). The back nine includes a short par-3 12th hole measuring just 107 yards from the regular tees, as well as a 178-yard par-3 17th. The front nine totals 2,674 yards, while the back nine covers 2,773 yards. Handicap indices are distributed across the holes to balance the challenge, with the 1st hole carrying a handicap of 3 and the 12th hole carrying a handicap of 18. Local rules specify that out-of-bounds boundaries are marked by white stakes, while repair areas are indicated by blue stakes or white lines. A specific rule addresses yellow and black stakes, requiring a one-stroke penalty drop within two club lengths if a ball crosses the boundary line. Pre-green areas are designated as prohibited repair zones. On the greens, players are restricted to using putters. Cart roads with artificial surfaces are treated as casual obstacles, allowing free relief, and stones in bunkers are considered loose impediments. The Keyaki Course is part of the Noda City Public Golf Course complex, which also includes the Hibari Course. The facility features a clubhouse with a lobby, front desk, shop, restaurant, locker rooms, showers, and a competition room. On-course amenities include a driving range and a putting practice area. The course hosts local events, such as the Noda City Golf Tournament, and participates in the hometown tax donation program.
