The 12th hole is a downhill par-3 with a water hazard in front of the green, while the 17th hole presents a pressured par-3 requiring a shot over water. The course offers a variety of hole types, from uphill and downhill shots to doglegs and valley crossings. The 9th hole is a challenging par-4 that requires a valley crossing, while the 18th hole is a demanding par-4 with an uphill second shot. The course is designed to test accuracy and distance control, with many holes requiring careful club selection and shot placement. The setting allows players to enjoy the natural beauty of the area, with views of the surrounding mountains and forests. The club is accessible from Tokyo in about two hours by car or train, with a shuttle bus available from Nasu-Shiohara Station. The facility includes a clubhouse that resembles a high-end hotel and an adjacent lodge with hot spring baths for guests.
