Naruto Country Club is a 72-par, 18-hole golf course located in Naruto City, Tokushima Prefecture, Japan. Situated in the Setocho district of Kitanoura-cho, the facility is a seaside course surrounded by water on three sides. The course was established in 1964 and offers a total yardage of 6,305 yards from the back tees, with multiple tee box options available to accommodate different skill levels, including regular, front, gold, ladies, and pink tees. The layout is characterized as a technical and strategic design that demands shot accuracy. While the distance is relatively short, the configuration requires precision throughout the round. The front nine totals 3,131 yards from the back tees with a par of 36, featuring a mix of par-4s, par-3s, and two par-5s. The back nine covers 3,174 yards, also par 36, concluding with a demanding 500-yard par-5 18th hole. The course provides expansive views of the Seto Inland Sea and its surrounding islands. On clear days, golfers can see Awaji Island, Shodoshima Island, and various other islands in the region. The setting allows players to experience the natural environment of the coast, integrating the sea, greenery, and strategic challenges into the playing experience.
