Nancy Lopez Legacy Golf Course is LPGA Hall of famer Nancy Lopez's first course design, and a tribute to her golfing skills. The 27-hole course is a challenging yet fair test of golf, with beautiful rolling hills and majestic oaks outlining all three nines which are named after Nancy's daughters: Ashley Meadows, Torri Pines, and Erinn Glenn. With six sets of tees ranging from 4,651 yards to 6,776 yards, all three rotations ensure golfers at every skill level a fun and memorable experience. The course was designed by Clifton, Ezell & Clifton in collaboration with Nancy Lopez and opened in 2001.

The course is designed for all skill levels and is built on the rolling terrain of Marion County, with many holes landscaped with live oaks and water. The facility features an aqua range open most days from dawn to dusk, and an extension of The Villages Golf Academy with LPGA and PGA teaching professionals available for private and group lessons. The clubhouse is decorated with numerous autographed pictures of Nancy Lopez and features a fully stocked golf shop carrying both men's and women's clothing, accessories, shoes, bags, and headwear.
