Muskogee Golf Club is an 18-hole course with a par of 71 and yardages ranging from 6,326 white tees to 6,726 blue tees. The course was originally designed by Perry Maxwell in 1924 and underwent redesigns by Tripp Davis in 2001. The course's 18 holes are lined with mature native trees and expansive greenery, featuring long fairways with multiple water hazards and carefully placed sand traps. The course has a rating of 73.5 and a slope of 136.

The 10th hole is the most well-known and possibly most challenging hole in the course, with fairways that curve toward a lake with a fairway bunker in the middle of the dogleg, and the approach requiring a shot over water. Maxwell's design utilized natural depressions running along the course for hole routing and arranged nine holes around lakes that were part of the property.

Muskogee Golf Club was founded in 1907 and hosted the U.S. Women's Open in 1970. The club is located in eastern Oklahoma and operates as a private membership facility with a renovated clubhouse and full amenities including a pro shop, restaurant, and practice facilities.
