Murgon Golf Club was built in 1931 and is located in regional Queensland, Australia. The course is a gently undulating 9-hole parkland course with tree lined fairways and immaculately kept greens. When played twice through, the full course totals par 70 and 5587 yards. A gully comes into play on holes 2, 3, 4 & 5, but most of the course is easily walked.

In 1994 course designer David Burrup was contracted to replace all USGA standard resort style greens with Bermuda 328 grass surfaces. The course is fully irrigated with 18 tees and 9 greens, with greens and bunkers constructed to USGA golf standards. The course offers a moderate challenge for golfers of varying skill levels, with a slope rating of 117.

The club hosts regular competitions and has received recognition as the 2018 Best Club Under 400 Members. The facility operates as a community golf course open to public play, with a clubhouse that hosts events and dining.
