Established in 1925, Kingaroy Golf Club is an 18-hole course located in the South Burnett region of Queensland. The club was formally founded on March 13, 1925, with play initially on a makeshift layout at the showgrounds. In October 1929, the club purchased land for its current location, with the full 18-hole course completed and officially opened on September 19, 1937.
The course has undergone continuous improvements over its nearly century-long history. Notable enhancements include a fairways watering system installed in 1986, a computerised pumping system added in 2009, and new greens constructed on Holes 11 and 12 in 2011. Holes 5 and 16 greens were combined and restructured in 2021, with an irrigation telemetry system installed in 2024. The club is situated on Bunya Highway in Kingaroy and features a clubhouse that incorporates the former Taabinga Village State School building, obtained in 1962. In 2024, Kingaroy Golf Club received the Club of the Year award (under 400 members) at the Queensland Golf Industry Awards, and in 2025 became the first South Burnett club to sign the R&A Women in Golf Charter.
