Mobara Country Club

Mobara Country Club is an 18-hole, par-72 hillside course located in Mobara, Chiba Prefecture, designed by Izumi Kazusuke with supervision by Yasuda Kōkichi and Kawamura Shirō. The course features naturally beautiful rolling terrain with wide fairways and gentle undulations. Despite the generous fairway widths, strategically placed bunkers and water hazards present significant challenges, requiring careful course management. The layout is notably long overall, with demanding middle holes. The course measures 6,789 yards from the back tees with a course rating of 71.8. Opened in April 1987, it operates as a members-only facility. The course is accessible via the Kanto Ring Expressway and Japanese National Railways, located approximately 10 minutes from Mobara Station.
