Mimosa Hills Golf Club is located in Morganton, NC and is a private, full-service membership club anchored by a Donald Ross-designed golf course. The 18-hole layout dates back to 1929 and measures just over 6,750 yards from the back markers playing to a par of 72, configured with two returning nines. The course offers sweeping views of the Blue Ridge Mountains and is consistently ranked among North Carolina's top courses.

The greens are smaller than at many Ross courses and feature crowned surfaces that require precise speed and distance measurements. The course features run-up shot opportunities with deep fallaway slopes for trouble over the green, and cross bunkers positioned to punish errant shots. Mimosa Hills maintains its reputation as one of the finest walking courses still in operation.

The course has hosted U.S. Open Sectional Qualifying, U.S. Amateur Qualifying, the Carolinas Open, the North Carolina Women's and Men's Amateur, the North Carolina Boys and Girls Junior, the Carolinas Junior, the NC Women's Senior, and the Carolinas Mid-Am Championship.
