Mar del Plata Golf Club's Cancha Nueva is an 18-hole parkland course located on Mario Bravo and Elisa de Bosch in Mar del Plata, Argentina. Built on a 50-hectare property characterized by abundant trees and park-like landscaping, the course was designed by architect Ricardo W. Mackinlay and inaugurated in summer 1956. It measures 6,257 yards with a par of 71 for men and 5,678 yards at par 73 for women, presenting a moderately challenging layout typical of well-manicured parkland courses. The heavily wooded setting distinguishes it from the club's alternative Cancha Vieja, a links-style course. As part of Mar del Plata Golf Club, one of Argentina's earliest golf establishments founded in the late 19th century, the Cancha Nueva represents a significant development in Argentine golf history. The course operates as a members' facility with associated amenities including a pro-shop, golf school, and restaurant services.
