Links O'Tryon is an 18-hole golf course designed by Tom Jackson that opened in 1987. The course spans 6,877 yards with a par of 72 and features grass bunkers, handsome walls and bridges of imported fieldstone adding Scottish flavor. Nestled in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains with rolling countryside and spectacular mountain and water views, the course winds through terrain with fair but challenging play for all levels. Diamond Zoysia greens and Bermuda 419 fairways and tees offer beautiful playing conditions year-round.

The course was selected as one of the top Golf Courses in America in 1992 and 1993 and remains one of the Southeast's most beautiful and challenging layouts. The design creates a masterful 18-hole layout full of natural obstacles while honoring pure enjoyment of the game, with four sets of tees for every level of play. The clubhouse was modeled after the club of the Royal Burgess Golfing Society of Edinburgh, Scotland.
