Located in the Dmitrovsky district of Moscow Oblast, Links National Golf Club is an 18-hole championship course designed by architect John Flynn. The 112-hectare property is situated in the village of Teleshevo, approximately 60 kilometers from Moscow. The layout is constructed in the traditional Scottish links style, utilizing the natural rolling terrain and soft slopes of the region to create a landscape that distinguishes it from typical parkland courses. The course features significant elevation changes, with vertical drops reaching up to 30 meters, and incorporates deep natural ravines, trees, and water hazards. The design is noted for appearing more difficult than the scorecard suggests, requiring players to make strategic and calculated decisions. The layout utilizes local grass varieties to create vertical relief and emphasizes a firm playing surface characteristic of links-style golf. The club hosts a variety of tournaments throughout the season, including the Novichok Cup series and the annual season-ending tournament. The course is equipped with multiple tee boxes-Black, Gold, Blue, White, and Red-allowing for different yardages and difficulty levels. Specific rules apply to holes 2 and 8 due to their intersecting fairways, and holes 11 and 15 feature designated drop zones for water hazards.
