Lewis River Golf Course, located in Woodland, Washington, opened in 1967 as a 9-hole facility and expanded to 18 holes in 1969. The course underwent significant reconstruction following a devastating 1996 flood that destroyed six holes on the back nine. These holes were completely rebuilt with new, challenging designs. Between 1996 and 2000, three front nine holes were also reconstructed, adding distance and enhancing the scenic setting.

The course features a full-service pro shop and on-site restaurant (North Fork Grill), providing comprehensive amenities for players of all skill levels. Staff members offer instructional guidance, and the course is maintained to high standards. The layout combines the original holes with modernized sections, creating a well-rounded golfing experience. The scenic setting and terrain contribute to the course's appeal, making it suitable for both experienced golfers and beginners seeking a quality round in a maintained, professional facility.
