Jayachamaraja Wadiyar Golf Club is an 18-hole, par 70 championship course situated in Mysuru, Karnataka, at the foothills of the Chamundi Hills. The club was established in 1940, with the course location originally selected by the late Maharaja Nalvadi Krishnaraja Wadiyar for its scenic beauty. The premises span 110 acres, sharing the grounds with the Mysore Race Club. The course is maintained as a championship standard facility, with play permitted from 6:00 am to 6:30 pm. Golf buggies are available on a first-come, first-served basis. The club fosters a competitive environment through its annual Club Championship, which tracks both gross and net champions. Recent gross champions include Mr. Sridhar Singh (2023-2024) and Mr. Chengappa M G (2024-2025), while the net championship has seen winners such as Mr. Nandan K K and Mr. Shridhar Singh in recent years. Professional instruction is provided by a team of coaches led by Head Golf Coach N Sudarshan. The club also maintains an online handicap system for tracking player performance and tournament results. The course is known for hosting hole-in-one achievements, with a dedicated record of members who have accomplished this feat.
