John Conrad Regional Golf Course is an 18-hole championship course originally designed and built in 1971 by Floyd Farley on 160 acres in Midwest City, Oklahoma. The course features challenging tree-lined roughs, meandering creeks, beautiful water features, and rolling hills that create a naturally demanding layout.
After a comprehensive renovation completed in July 2022, the course underwent significant improvements funded by the 2018 Moving Forward G.O. Bond Program at a cost of $5.1 million. The first phase renovation included installation of a new irrigation system, new tee and fairway surfaces, bunker replacement, a redesigned driving range and practice green, new maintenance equipment, and new golf carts. The redesign and construction were handled by HeckenKemper Golf Course Design and United Course Construction.
The course offers extensive practice facilities including a driving range, practice green with sand bunker, and putting greens. Additional amenities include a full-service pro shop, professional golf instruction, a tournament pavilion, and The First Tee program for junior golfers. The combination of its scenic landscape and recently upgraded infrastructure makes it a notable regional golf destination.
