Hukanui Golf Club

Hukanui Golf Club is a quality 9-hole course located at 1550 Gordonton Road, Taupiri, near Hamilton in New Zealand's Waikato region. Founded in 1935, the course has evolved significantly from its origins as a modest sheep-grazed layout with electric fences around greens into a well-maintained facility comparable to larger 18-hole courses.

The course features tree-lined fairways, quality greens, and defined fairways designed to challenge all skill levels while rewarding accuracy. The par-3 9th/18th hole is a notable feature, offering views from the clubhouse deck where players can observe incoming rounds.

Hukanui offers both 9-hole and 18-hole play options and welcomes green fee players as well as members. The club hosts regular competitions throughout the week, including Ladies' events on Tuesdays, Men's Veterans on Wednesdays, summer Twilights on Thursdays, and Open days on Saturdays. The facility also features Footgolf, combining soccer skills with golf play.
