Hi-Level Golf Course is an 18-hole facility featuring 5,692 yards of golf for a par 72, designed by Ed Hess/Robert Hess and opened in 1965. Located in the small village of Kossuth in western Pennsylvania, approximately 15 minutes northwest of Clarion and 15 minutes north of I-80, the course sits in a natural rural setting surrounded by foothills.

The course offers a wide variety of hole distances, ranging from a 120-yard par 3 to a 670-yard par 6, with a straightforward layout featuring evergreen trees lining the fairways, one pond, and minimal sand bunkering. Hi-Level is described as well-maintained and user-friendly, and was the first public 18-hole golf course in Clarion County. The peaceful, rural setting includes orchards and barns that contribute to the course's scenic character.

A third-generation family business located in rural Western Pennsylvania, the course has remained in continuous ownership by the Hess family for 56 years while retaining its historic charm and design.
