The Heathland is an 18-hole golf course located at the Bois d'Arlon Golf & Resort in the province of Luxembourg, Belgium. Designed by Stuart Hallett, the course is set within 220 hectares of unspoilt countryside. It is distinguished by its construction on sandy terrain, a feature that allows for playability throughout the year. The layout is characterized by wide yet often narrow fairways lined with broom, heather, and birch, alongside devilishly undulating greens and strategically placed bunkers. The course presents a significant challenge to golfers of all levels, with its difficult terrain designed to test technique and strategy. The natural setting provides views of the surrounding countryside, integrating the golfing experience with the protected natural environment of the resort. Alongside the Heathland, the resort also features a 9-hole Parkland course designed by Jonathan Davison, but the Heathland remains the primary 18-hole offering for serious play. Bois d'Arlon Golf & Resort is scheduled to host the grand final of the CPG International Series in 2026, marking a notable event in the course's recent history. The facility supports this level of play with a European Performance Center academy directed by Bart Bollen, offering customized training for both beginners and experienced players. The course operates with specific access rules, such as closing the first nine holes on Mondays and the last nine on Tuesdays until noon, ensuring maintenance while maintaining year-round availability.
