Greate Bay Country Club

Greate Bay Country Club is South Jersey's premier private championship golf course, founded in 1923 in Somers Point, New Jersey. The course was originally designed by British Open winner Willie Park Jr. and was reconfigured in 1972 by renowned course architect Tom Fazio, reflecting its rich golf heritage. The layout features a classic championship design typical of courses from this era, updated with modern design principles through Fazio's reconfiguration.

Located in the coastal New Jersey landscape near Somers Point, Greate Bay offers a traditional country club experience with championship-level play. The course has hosted signature tournaments throughout its history and maintains standards appropriate for competitive golf. In addition to the golf course itself, the club features dining facilities including the Pub and banquet rooms accommodating up to 300 people, fitness amenities, and serves as a private venue for member events and celebrations.

The club celebrated over 100 years of operation in 2023, establishing itself as an established institution in the regional golf community.
