Graysburg Hills is a 27-hole course that opened for play in 1978. The Knobs and Fodderstack Nines were designed by Rees Jones, recognized today as one of America's leading golf course architects, while the Chimney Top Nine was designed by Edward Lawrence Packard and opened for play in 1994. The course is nestled in one of the most scenic regions of the East Tennessee foothills. With Rye grass fairways and Bentgrass greens, Graysburg Hills provides excellent playing conditions year-round.

The course combines the site's beautiful mountain topography with a strategic design to create a challenging, yet enjoyable course suited to all playing skills. There are 100 sand bunkers and six water hazards to challenge your accuracy and skill. The course has a 4½ Star Rating in Golf Digest Magazine's Places to Play Guide. The course is highly respected for its grooming and maintenance standards, friendly atmosphere, and personal service.
