Golflands

Golflands is a 9-hole public golf course located in Hastings, Hawke's Bay, between Napier, Hastings, Havelock North, and Taradale. The course can be played as 18 holes by completing two rounds, with four back nine holes offering different tee positions for added variety.

The course features a par layout of two par 5s, four par 4s, and three par 3s, making it a challenging layout suitable for players of all skill levels. Operating on a roll-up start basis with no advance bookings required, the course is accessible and welcoming to the community.

Beyond the main golf course, Golflands offers a comprehensive facility including a grass driving range with artificial turf options, foot golf (an 18-hole format using the course with different tees and greens), and a refurbished mini golf course. Additional amenities include three regulation pickleball courts, lawn games, and a licensed bar called the 19th Hole serving food and beverages. Established in 2011 as home to Karamu Golf Club, the venue emphasizes community engagement and recreation for all ages and abilities.
