Golfclub Worms e.V. is located in the picturesque Rheinauen near Hamm, nestled between the Rhine River and Eicher Lake. Designed by renowned golf architect Armin Keller, the course presents a challenging yet harmoniously integrated layout within the natural landscape. Founded in 1978, the club is among the most traditional in Rhineland-Palatinate. Construction of the facility began in 1998, with the first 9 holes opening in autumn 2000. The course is conceived and approved for 18 holes, though currently operating 9 holes. The design successfully balances difficulty with environmental integration, offering players both a rewarding sporting challenge and a scenic natural setting. The club features a comfortable clubhouse with a sun terrace and fosters a familial club atmosphere, making it a destination for both serious golfers and those seeking to enjoy the distinctive riverside environment.
