Golfclub Röttgersbach is an 18-hole golf course located in Duisburg's northern region, adjacent to Erholungspark Mattlerbusch. Established in 2004, the course was developed on former agricultural land used for strawberry cultivation, transformed through extensive planting of thousands of trees and vegetation into a 2 x 9-hole layout characteristic of the Lower Rhine landscape.

The course features challenging design with numerous bunkers and water hazards that demand strategic play. The terrain reflects typical Lower Rhine characteristics. A notable facility is Germany's only two-level water driving range, covering 20,000 square meters with over 40 tee boxes, allowing year-round practice regardless of weather conditions. Golfers hit floating balls into an on-site lake from both levels.

The facility operates as a public-access course welcoming beginners and day visitors through its Pay & Play program on the Ostplatz (East course). An additional practice area provides chipping and putting facilities. The course accommodates members, tournament play, and casual golfers, supported by professional instruction and gastronomy facilities on-site.
