Golfbaan Sloten

Golfbaan Sloten is a 9-hole golf course located on Sportpark Sloten at the southwestern edge of Amsterdam. The course is characterized by narrow, tight fairways that present a challenging and demanding level of difficulty. Trees and water channels (sloten) serve as natural hazards, with greens surrounded by bunkers distributed throughout the park. The excellent drainage system ensures play is possible in most weather conditions.

The course offers a driving range with 16 tee stations, three of which are covered. Wildlife including hares, pheasants, ducks, and colorful parakeets enhance the natural experience. The wooden clubhouse features an attractive outdoor terrace. The course is accessible to non-members and offers golf instruction for both beginners and advanced players, including preparation for the golf proficiency examination. The facility is known as one of the most affordable golf courses in the Netherlands, offering competitive green fees. The course is situated within an attractive park setting that combines sport facilities with natural landscape elements.
