Golf de Marmande is a 10-hole technical course created in 1989 by architect JL Walter Martin, located between Périgord and Gascogne in southwestern France. The course features a flat, tree-lined layout centered around a two-hectare lake that plays a significant role in the design. The relatively compact 10-hole configuration makes it accessible to golfers of all skill levels, from beginners to experienced players, while still presenting technical challenges. The flat terrain combined with mature trees and water hazards creates an interesting strategic course despite the limited hole count. The lake serves as both a defining landscape feature and an in-play element across multiple holes. The club is a member of the Golfy network and offers various facilities including a practice area, pitch and putt option, and a golf school alongside the main course.
