Golf de Gap-Bayard is an 18-hole mountain course designed by Hugues Lambert and established in 1989. Located on the Plateau de Bayard in the Hautes-Alpes region, the course offers striking alpine scenery with breathtaking landscape views. Despite its mountain setting, the course features a relatively flat layout accessible to golfers of all skill levels, combining playability with challenging elements.

The course is notable for its exceptional value and natural aesthetic. The 18th hole serves as a signature point, with the Centre d'Oxygénation facility positioned directly adjacent, offering dining and accommodation options. The course is part of the LE CLUB network, providing members access to over 150 courses across France with significant green fee discounts through their Classic and Gold membership cards.

Golf de Gap-Bayard operates year-round and maintains affiliated teaching programs and an amateur golf association. The facility emphasizes both the sporting challenge of the course and the rejuvenating qualities of its mountain environment and high-altitude location.
