Golf de Carquefou is an 18-hole championship course with a par of 72 and a length of 5,797 meters, located 20 minutes from Nantes in the Pays de la Loire region. Designed by Martin Hawtree and inaugurated in 1993, the course spreads across 67 hectares within the grounds of the historic 17th-century Château de l'Epinay, classified as a historical monument in 1963.
The rolling terrain is characterized by centuries-old trees and enhanced by natural water features, including small streams and ponds that provide distinctive aesthetics. The course is well-maintained and regarded as one of the region's finest layouts. Its design accommodates players of all skill levels, offering a balanced challenge for both beginners and experienced golfers.
The facility includes a comprehensive practice area with 30 hitting stations (10 covered), two putting greens, a practice green with bunkers, and a 3-hole par-9 compact course. The clubhouse features a restaurant, seminar facilities, and a pro shop offering golf equipment and apparel.
