Golf Club Lipperswil is a 4-star superior 27-hole golf course opened in 2000, located on the Seerücken hills in Thurgau, Switzerland. Designed by course architect Kurt Rossknecht, the layout comprises three distinct 9-hole courses that can be combined in various configurations to provide versatile play for all skill levels.
The course integrates the natural rolling landscape of the Seerücken region with native trees, offering scenic views toward the Alps and Lake Constance. The terrain's gentle hills create an accessible yet engaging design. Rossknecht's philosophy emphasized creating an enjoyable experience across different playing abilities while maintaining regional character.
The facility features 27 holes, an extensive driving range with grass tees, practice greens, a pro shop, and a modern clubhouse with a large sun terrace. The on-site Restaurant TWENTY7 provides dining with panoramic views. The course offers instruction through a PGA academy and hosts events including tournaments. A notable moment occurred in June 2023 when Gary Player, the legendary golfer, visited and recorded his 36th hole-in-one on hole 14. Since 2024, the club participates in the Private Partner Golf (PPG) network.
