Built in 1998 and designed by Russell Breeden, Fountain Springs has been a staple of Southern West Virginia Golf. The Par 71, 18-hole course offers stunning views along with challenging golf for players of any skill level year-round. The 18-hole Fountain Springs course at the Fountain Springs Golf Course facility in Peterstown, features 6,278 yards of golf from the longest tees for a par of 71. The course rating is 70.4 and it has a slope rating of 120 on Blue grass.

The rolling fairways are wide open with trees skirting the fairways. The signature hole is #10, a 600-yard, par 5, featuring an island green. The course is situated in Monroe County in the mountain and valley region of Southern West Virginia, providing scenic views throughout the round.
