Forest Hills Golf & Resort is an 18-hole championship course located in Mihara, Hiroshima Prefecture, Japan. The layout comprises an OUT course (holes 1-9) and an IN course (holes 10-18), with considerable elevation changes including numerous downhill and uphill holes.

The course is characterized by strategic bunkering, with guard bunkers, cross bunkers, and grass bunkers positioned throughout. Notable features include water hazards, particularly on hole 13, which serves as the course's signature hole with a pond that slopes toward the green. Multiple two-tier greens add complexity to club selection and approach shots. The course includes four long holes, with hole 16 identified as the most challenging. Elevation changes and valley terrain create natural obstacles and wind considerations.
