Constructed and opened in 1992, the Foothills Executive Nine Course is a nine-hole course with a length of approximately 2,300 yards. The course was designed by Richard M. Phelps, ASGCA. Seven of the nine holes were constructed around, over and across a steep hillside, giving the course great character including strategic bunkering, well placed water hazards, sharp doglegs, elevation changes, and undulating greens. The course is located in Denver, Colorado, in the foothills of the Rocky Mountains. Views from atop the sixth hole of the magnificent Rocky Mountains give golfers an additional reason to experience the Executive Nine.

Golfers of all abilities will likely use all the clubs in their bag to negotiate the Executive Nine. The course presents a moderate challenge suitable for players of varying skill levels, with terrain offering meaningful variety across the nine holes. All golfers are required to complete 9 holes in a maximum of 2 hours. The Executive Course is one of three courses at the Foothills Golf Course facility, alongside an 18-hole championship course and a 9-hole Par 3 course, making it part of a comprehensive golf complex serving the Denver metro area.
