Greencastle Golf Club is an 18-hole championship golf course located in the rolling hills of south central Pennsylvania, situated 3.5 miles from Interstate 81 and 15 miles from Interstate 70. Designed by Robert Elder, the course features a par-72 layout with rolling fairways sprinkled with mature trees, manicured bunkering, and water hazards that come into play on ten holes. The semi-private course offers challenging terrain with significant elevation changes throughout the property, requiring mandatory cart play due to the hilly landscape.

The course is characterized by its difficult yet scenic design, featuring several ponds and wetlands that create challenging water hazards. The signature third hole includes a man-made waterfall and fountain, while the par-4 10th hole presents a particularly demanding test with an island green cut in half by a significant elevation drop. Other challenging holes include holes 9 and 18, which are noted for their difficulty. The front nine plays through a more remote section of the property, while the back nine weaves through a residential development.

The facility offers a full-size driving range, expansive practice green, full-service bar and grille, and golf instruction programs. The course operates as a semi-private club and is accessible to public play, offering a variety of skill levels while maintaining high standards of course maintenance and playability.
