The course features an 18-hole links-style layout designed by Coore and Crenshaw, playing to a par of 71 from 6,883 yards with a slope rating of 138.0. The design integrates the natural landscape seamlessly, winding through woods while offering stunning views across the property.

The course presents moderate to challenging conditions characteristic of Sandhills golf, with strategic bunkering and undulating greens. Notable design elements include two par-5s and four par-3s distributed across the front and back nines, with several signature holes showcasing the sandy terrain and woodland setting. The facility is part of the Dormie Network and includes an all-new 16,600-square-foot clubhouse opened in 2021, designed to reflect local tobacco barn architecture.
