Copper Rock Golf Course is an impressive 18-hole championship course with a par of 72, stretching over 7,227 yards. Designed by Dale Beddo, it seamlessly blends with its natural surroundings, incorporating dramatic elevation changes, strategically placed bunkers and water features, and generous fairways that challenge golfers of all levels. The course officially opened in late February of 2020, and is located within the Hurricane city limits, approximately nine miles east of the Sand Hollow Resort Championship Course.

The 6,800-yard layout features a relatively flat, desert golf-like front nine that transitions to a tree-lined elevated back nine featuring the par 3 17th hole with nearly a 100-foot drop from tee to green. A double green highlights the 9th and 18th with a bunker menacing the middle of the massive putting surface. The course enjoys Southern Utah's best bunkering style and an enjoyable setting that embraces the desert mountain surroundings, but the firmness of the greens and how they often slope from front to back make even wedge shots difficult to hold on the putting surface.

The 17th hole (SkyDive) offers the most impressive views found at Copper Rock with the green creating the foreground and desert mountain landscape in the background with an aerial view of the 9th and 18th holes in between. Since 2020, it has hosted the Copper Rock Championship, a tournament on the Epson Tour (the LPGA's developmental tour). The course has also received numerous accolades, including being rated one of the top 10 golf courses to open in 2020 by Links Magazine.
