Copper River Country Club is an 18-hole championship golf course located on the north end of Fresno, California, nestled against the base of the Sierra Nevada mountain range. Designed by renowned Carmel architect David Pfaff, the course opened for play in spring 1995 and was created as part of a master-planned community vision. The course weaves through the foothills, offering beautiful natural views and a challenging experience suitable for golfers of all handicap ranges. The club was completed in 1996 with a 30,000 square foot Early California-inspired clubhouse featuring Spanish courtyard fountains and arched walkways. Beyond golf, the facility offers world-class tennis courts, state-of-the-art fitness facilities, and a swimming pavilion, all integrated into the championship course design. The private country club provides members and guests with a tranquil retreat that maintains a local feel despite its proximity to the city.
