Club de Golf Malinalco

Club de Golf Malinalco is located in Malinalco, Estado de México, approximately 60 kilometers from Mexico City. The course sits in a picturesque valley surrounded by high mountains, deep canyons, and rivers, offering distinctive Mexican landscape views integrated with functional architecture.

The masterplan was developed by the renowned American firm Edward D. Stone Jr. & Associates. Built on 195.3 hectares with 75% dedicated to green areas, construction began in March 1992 and was officially inaugurated on June 19, 1993 by the State Governor.

The course is characterized by challenging greens that present significant difficulty to players. Member testimonials describe it as a demanding layout where complex green designs create notable strategic challenges, making it a compelling test of golf skills.

Beyond the course itself, Club de Golf Malinalco functions as a comprehensive resort-style facility. The clubhouse spans 6,600 square meters and includes restaurants, swimming pool, gymnasium, massage rooms, spa facilities, and luxury amenities. The development features paved pathways with dedicated bicycle and jogging trails, and offers twelve hotel suites for member guests. Three on-site restaurants serve traditional Mexican cuisine, casual snacks, and Italian-style pizza.
