Clare Golf and Country Club is an 18-hole golf course located in Comeauville, Nova Scotia, overlooking St. Mary's Bay. Originally constructed as a 9-hole course beginning in 1967 on a former farm property, the course was expanded to 18 holes with the addition of a second nine that officially opened in June 1986. The course was designed by Louis Gaudet, who successfully leveraged the natural beauty of the farm landscape during its initial development.

The course has hosted numerous provincial championships, including the Nova Scotia Junior Championships, Nova Scotia Men's and Ladies Amateur, and Nova Scotia Men's Mid-Amateur tournaments. Clare Golf has produced notable competitive success, with member Kevin Dugas winning the Canadian Junior Championship in 1981 and Rob Collins capturing the Canadian Mid-Amateur Championship in 2005. The club is particularly recognized for its junior development program, established in the 1970s, which has consistently produced provincial title winners and national representatives.

Significant course improvements have been implemented over recent decades, including fairway and greenside bunkers, renovated tees, new cart paths, and a tree planting program. A new clubhouse was constructed and completed in 2000 to accommodate expanding membership and facility demands.
