Clare Golf & Country Club is an 18-hole course located in Comeauville, Nova Scotia, overlooking St. Mary's Bay. The course began as a 9-hole layout in 1967, designed by Louis Gaudet on a former farm property. The back nine was constructed and opened in June 1986, expanding the course to its current 18 holes.

The course is set on a scenic farmland landscape with views of St. Mary's Bay. Since the late 1990s, the layout has been enhanced with fairway and greenside bunkers, renovated tees, improved cart paths, and a tree-planting program. A new clubhouse was completed in 2000 to serve the growing membership.

Clare Golf is recognized for hosting major provincial championships, including Nova Scotia Junior Championships, Men's and Ladies Amateur championships, and Men's Mid-Amateur events. The club is particularly notable for its strong junior development program, which has produced national champions including Kevin Dugas (1981 Canadian Junior Championship) and Rob Collins (2005 Canadian Mid-Amateur Championship). The course has earned the nickname "The Friendly Club" and maintains a reputation for hospitality and competitive excellence at both club and provincial levels.
