Chikmagalur Golf Club

Chikmagalur Golf Club is an 18-hole golf course nestled in the foothills of the Bababudangiri range across the Western Ghats, approximately 250 kilometers from Bangalore and 10 minutes from Chikmagalur town. Designed by renowned golf course architect Phil Ryan, who is recognized for his work on Poona Golf Course and the redesign of Bangalore Golf Course, the course was developed by sports enthusiast A.B. Sudarshan and collaborators.

The course is set within a lush, green landscape blessed with year-round pleasant weather and characterized as one of South India's most picturesque golf destinations. The terrain and setting emphasize integration with nature, taking advantage of the scenic beauty of the Western Ghats foothills.

Beyond the golf course itself, the facility operates as a full golfing retreat and resort, featuring accommodation, dining options including a multi-cuisine restaurant called "The Sweet Spot," a bar and lounge named "Fairway," a health club, swimming pool, and billiards room.
