The primary layout, the King Course, plays to a par 72 and measures 6,804 yards from the back tees. The course is characterized by wide, flat fairways and gentle mounds that create a "flower course" aesthetic, with seasonal blooms and water hazards reflecting the sky throughout the grounds. Jones’s design philosophy of "risk and reward" is evident in the strategic placement of hazards and the varying lengths of the holes. While the fairways are generally generous, the course demands precise shot-making, as the designer notes that players must anticipate the second shot to avoid unexpected pitfalls. The course offers multiple tee boxes for each hole, including back, regular, front, and ladies' tees, allowing for significant variation in yardage and difficulty depending on the player's skill level. The venue has established itself as a host for major professional tournaments, having hosted the 52nd Japan Women's Professional Golf Championship in 2019 and scheduled to host the 2025 Japan Women's Open Golf Championship. These events highlight the course's ability to meet the strict selection criteria of the Japan Golf Association and the Japan LPGA.
