Cherokee Hills Golf Club is an 18-hole championship course with a par of 70 and yardage of 5,849 from the white tees and 6,855 from the blue tees. The course was designed by legendary golf course architect Perry Maxwell in 1924 and renovated by Tripp Davis nearly 80 years later. Located in the wooded hills just outside Tulsa, the course winds through rolling terrain, natural rock outcroppings, and mature trees, delivering a round that is as strategic as it is scenic. Maxwell's signature sloping greens, strategic bunkers, and use of natural topography are on full display, giving every round a sense of historic rhythm and challenge.
The tree-lined roughs, dramatic elevation changes and scattered rock formations create unique challenges throughout the course from the first tee to the closing green. Recent upgrades by Tripp Davis have further refined the course, maintaining its original charm while enhancing playability. The facility includes a driving range, putting green, and short-game area. Cherokee Hills regularly hosts charity events, business outings, and high-profile tournaments in the Tulsa metro.
