Cherokee Valley Golf Club

Cherokee Valley Golf Club is an 18-hole par 72 course situated on a prominent hill in North Mississippi, near Memphis, Tennessee. The course features four sets of tees ranging from 4,422 yards to 6,751 yards, accommodating golfers of all skill levels.

The layout incorporates eleven lakes and 52 bunkers throughout the design. Despite these water hazards and sand traps, the course offers wide Zoysia fairways, extra-large Champion Bermuda greens, and clean roughs that provide scoring opportunities and playability. The elevated terrain and hillside positioning create visual interest and varied elevations across the layout.

The facility includes a state-of-the-art practice area featuring a three-tiered driving range with automated ball dispensers, two putting greens, and a chipping green. The lodge-style clubhouse offers panoramic views of holes 9 and 18. The course is open to the public and hosts numerous corporate and charity tournaments throughout the year, including two of DeSoto County's largest events. The mild, four-season climate supports year-round play, making it a recommended golf destination for the Memphis area.
