The International course at Cedar Valley Golf Club is an 18-hole layout featuring 6,520 yards with a par of 70, designed by Duffy Martin and opened in 1974. The course rating is 70.1 with a slope rating of 112 on Bermuda grass. Located just west of I-35 near the town of Guthrie in central Oklahoma, the International course is one of two par-70 championship layouts at the facility.

The course does not feature sand bunkers but includes plenty of water hazards, reflecting Duffy Martin's philosophy that "This is a place where the average golfer can come to play & enjoy themselves, without having to worry about sand traps." The International is an open course with wider fairways than the companion Augusta course, featuring fewer trees and significant water hazards. A notable feature is an island hole that is unique for Oklahoma. From the back tees, the course will challenge even the best of golfers.
