Located three miles north of downtown Caribou on Route 161, Caribou Country Club is a nine-hole course measuring 3,206 yards, designed by renowned New England architect Geoffrey S. Cornish in the early 1970s. The course is gracefully integrated into the rustic northern Aroostook countryside, featuring scenic, tree-lined fairways that provide natural beauty throughout the layout.

The course presents a challenging yet enjoyable experience for players of all levels. A notable feature is the pond on the ninth hole, which attracts geese and ducks. The setting is characterized by abundant wildlife, with players frequently spotting partridge, deer, moose, and other northern fauna during their rounds.

Caribou Country Club hosts the celebrated Cary Classic golf tournament and operates seasonally from May through October. The facility includes a licensed clubhouse offering food and beverages. The club emphasizes junior golf programming and participates in the Tee it Forward Initiative to promote accessibility across skill levels.
